This was like a menu dream come true.) It was a colourful riot of unexpected flavours: brown shrimps to plunge you deeper into the sea; caper butter and sea spinach for a wonderful, slippery mouthfeel; nasturtiums to look pretty. AM had asparagus gazpacho with a perfectly cooked, endearingly wobbly slow-poached egg, a breezy, spring-like, delicate dish. [/citar]
